1. If you want a more valuable hat, you must also add the difference.
2. See below for additional valuing info and exceptions
3. If you give me a more valuable hat, you do not need to add the 1 scrap fee
4. Painted hats cost the middle price of that paint or if there is only one value than half that value added to the hat!

1. Just follow the values and info below
2. When buying hats with just metal, minimum price is 1.33
3. I accept keys as 3.33
4. Painted hats cost the middle price of that paint or if there is only one value than half that value added to the hat!

Additional valuing info:
- If a vague range is given, I value your hat at the bottom of the range rounded to the nearest rec.
- There are no 1 ref hats, I value all hats to be 1.33 ref minimum.
- Level 42 and 69 hats are 1 rec more then regular price and level 99/100 hats are 2 rec more. (May Vary)
- I only take craftable hats, keys, metal, and regular craftable weapons.
