Training per body type

It is important to learn you body type so you can train effectively and get the best results for you.

Identifying body types

There are three main body types:

1. Ectomorph: Short upperbody, long arms and legs, narrow feet and hands and very little fat storage.
Generally long thin muscles

2. Mesomorph: Large chest, long torso, solid muscle structure and great stremgth.

3. Endomorph: Round face, heavier fat storage, short neck.

Training per body type

For ectomorph: Train with high weight and try to get 6-8 reps per set. Make sure you do some cardio but not to much as you will find that the muscle will also go away.

For mesomorph: Muscle will be easy to gain for you. Focus on doing isolation and concentration movements to create quality muscle mass. This will also help you proportion your body.

For endomorph: Gaining muscle will also be easy for endomorphs but your main problem will be managing the fat levels. High rep high set workouts are recommended.

Also btw make sure you (try to) eat healthy or none of this will matter.
