Hi all, alot recently there have been bots trying to steal your items in your inventory of any game mainly ( CS:GO, TF2 , backgrounds, trading cards, emoticons )

Whatever you do, if you get a level 0 private profile the first thing you do is either block the person or ignore the request, I am writing about this topic because I have heard that bots join steam groups and can send steam messages to you even if your not friends with them.

To stay out of trouble
- Don't press any links associating to an image, as a bot is trying to spread an VIRUS which will steal your info about your steam account and emails.

Steam has finally sorted a way to protect your items in your account by sending an email to the associated steam account to confirm trade, Of course hackers will be now aiming to hack your email account passwords too!

If your items are stolen, you can talk to Steam Support about this, and they will get back to you in 1-3 days make sure to show recent trade offer proof, and anything that will make Valve give you back your items. As i know you can get your items back from Valve Once..
