Hello Members!

I have updated the discussion on your rules and expectations, and I strongly urge you to read it.
I have edited it to be more understandable and also cleaned it up a bit and added a new rule. I will soon be making a "Rule breaking penalties" discussion for obviously, if you break a rule.
