The largest gathering of lettuce lovers since 1997

Lettucecon is a gathering of lettuce lovers represented by the cool mascot, George the Lettuce Lover.


George (our mascot) is a strapping young lad born in a log cabin in 1972. Since a very young age, his mother encouraged him to share her love of lettuce with his friends. Unfortunately, his friends could not grow an appreciation for the godly vegetable, so in 1997 he created the first Lettucecon so that everyone across the United States could meet up to love lettuce... together!
