"Wars never change but the battles do" - Shen Shu Yar

4240, Age of the Dragon - The once powerful and great Jade Dynasty of the Jyin Dynasty has come to an end. The royal family and much of the elite ruling class were killed when the Imperial City of Yshen was flooded as the great Yaneze river burst suddenly. This lost was heavy the empire had just recovered from an 8-year war against two enemies that it has been facing, the Xyrirn'Zhyar savages of the sea and the Smolensk Principality of the Great Verminion Dominion. With the loss of everyone, many lords rose up to claim the Jade throne seeking to become the new Emperor yet in this struggle 32 lords all said they had claimed to the thrown and so the once united and powerful Dynasty was split between Powerful warlords all seeking the same thing.

-- It took 5 months before the conflict of warlords was over and only two lords remained, Lord Yuan of the great Yuan Houses and Lord Sun Shina Su of the great Sun House of who was actually related to the Emperor (cousin). The two lords fought epic battles that would forever change the war was conducted between states as each of this battles gives birth to new tactics and weapons that would become useful and in the near future. Sadly despite his best efforts, the great house of Sun was wiped out by a magical plague that left Lord Yuan as the remaining power. It, however, took him another 3 months before putting down remnants of the Sun army who refused to kneel to Lord Yuan but eventually he claimed the throne and became the new Jade Emperor.


--- Our story begins with Emperor Yuan forming a new imperial guard that will help maintain peace and keep provinces that have been resistant to the new change of power in check. You have either fought in the many battles that would in all see Yuan become emperor or are an outlander seeking to find your path in this new dawn of leadership. Whatever it might be you hope good fortune follows you.
