Also here's the final word about the Giga.

Starting next patch (biome update) there will be a single giga spawned in the world. There are no tamed Gigas in the server anymore. If a tribe needs Giga kibble, just show me a screenshot of your kill of the giga and you will get 20 Giga kibble. Once dead, I will spawn a new one.

Hey everyone!

With the new biome update we wanted to spice it up by adding Primitive Plus (unrestricted so yes you'll still have guns, tech teir, ect) to the server. This mod adds a ton of great new items. This will add a much needed change to bring more life into the server.

This mod will be implimented sometime before the redwood update. Hope you guys will enjoy!

Another topic is a vote in which I need player input. The Giga's have been disabled for quite some time. We have had much discussion and we feel we should bring them back. It will add a sense of danger and excitement to the server. If you're worried about them being OP, then play carefully.

Hey everyone!

In a recent update the ARK devs have decided to leave the hidden lake (Askabia) green instead of snow. This provides great news to us, but we were starting to warm up to the idea of moving.

Here's the current plan.

If the redwood forest turns out to be a place we want to move, we will be moving there anyway. If we do decide to leave the lake I would like to turn it into an arena for the server for players to compete in modes and win prizes!

If the redwood forest turns out to be a dud we plan to stay but I will still be doing the arena idea but in a different location.

We'll keep you posted on more in the future!

Recently the ARK devs have released a picture of the upcoming changes to the map.

The green represents the swamp changing, the blue represents an expansion to the snow, and the red will be completley revamped into redwood forest.

If you are located in the red you must move or your base and dinosaurs WILL BE DESTROYED. This is not my doing, this is what the ARK devs have stated. You have until around May 30th until the patch hits so I reccomend finding a new home.

I am writing this mainly because my tribe Askabia who has been located in the oasis must move due to our home being changed into snow.

Askabia was the tribe that bought the server, we maintain it, and we bought the server just to live in this lake. It brings us great pain to see it leave, but we must move on.

We are going to claim an area of the redwood forest for ourselves. What does that mean for other tribes? To put it simply NO ONE is to move to the redwood forest until Askabia has claimed an area and moves in. This may seem harsh, but this is an unofficial server and these things happen. Once we settle in you're free to move about the redwood as long as we dont deem it too close to us.

If you are a tribe that is currently located there if we find your old spot worthwhile we will be settling there but you will be compinsated for your troubles.

So in short if you're in the red now move now. Find a good spot, there's plenty left. Do not build in the redwood forest until we are settled and everything will be fine.
