I thought we'd make a turbine only tf2 server (casual)

My friend Czechball will be hosting it on his own server so there'll be no bills to be paid!

I'll disable random crits, maybe fix spread and try my best to get rid of an ability that demoknights can carry the intelligence. Also sv_pure 0, sprays on.

There will be no ads, no vip's nothing. I'll try to get it as close to the casual experience as possible
