HISTORY

The Kingdom of Faraland is named after their king, Farathor. Farathor was a man called Johann Friedmann, hailing from the area once known as Wevaria.

About 30% of the population is german, that is why it is the second offical language along with english.

Johann was born in Ireland, when it was an island filled with german and irish people. There were 3 diffrent nations in Ireland back in 1783. The Republic of Wevaria, that was the mostly german nation, The Kingdom of Eire, which was filled with mostly irish people and the Kingdom of Laithlind, the kingdom that was scottish by majority.

In 1784, Johann dreamed of a united, strong Ireland. He was of lesser royal decent, and soon joined the army of Wevaria and got promoted to a Lieutnant in 1788. Johann was a charismatic man, and could conivce people to do pretty much anything for him. Since he was an officer within the military, he started getting lower ranking NCO's on their side.

In 1789, Johann overthrew one of the Generals with the support from the rest of the military he had, and became a very powerful man.

In 1790 he had travelled across all of the diffrent nations spreading the word of a united Ireland.

In 1791 he had all of the nations on his side, and he overthrew the current rulers, rising as the King of Faraland

He has ruled wisely, getting colonies and alliances.

Lately the Kingdom has had its name changed into the Kingdom of Farland, since the people did not like that the state would have the name of their leader in the front of it.

His heir to the throne is Farathor the II.
