About Us

Welcome to the infamousHQ community Steam page. We are an Australian E-sports organisation focused on representing gamers at a competitive level while maintaining a community environment on Steam and on our official forums. We have previously maintained a high ranking Counter-Strike Global Offensive team and are now looking to build several professional level gaming teams. How to Join

Currently the our Steam page is Invite only. At this stage there are no immediate plans to open membership up to the public so if you are interested in becoming a member and, therefore, eligible for participation in our community events and giveaways then please request an invitation from another member or contact one of the admins of the group.

Zeno Internet && infamousHQ Have Merged!

.. and we're doing a giveaway

Hey Everyone!
Wow.. First of all, obligatory giant thanks to everyone that's been here with infamous for the last 3-3-4 months. It's been amazing.. Especially still growing by itself (albeit slow) even as invite only.
Secondly, if you don't hang around on our IRC[ausIRC.org] .. You probably haven't seen all the changes we have put into place and a unique type of merge with Zeno Internet Australia; A company I now do admin, marketing and dev work for.
Due to time management, it was the smartest thing to do, align my own projects along with Zeno[zeno.io] so that I didn't just have to be micromanaging several things.
Never fear! ..Really Good things can come from a merge, We end up being bigger, having more people to run a community with and in the end, more powerful due to sponsors handing out servers and all that comes with.

I've written about this on the infamous page, but I'll just briefly say here aswell that; Now infamousHQ(team.infamous) is a step-up name for up&coming teams that aren't ready for the serious pro-scene but still would love some coaching, management, branding and a huge e-sports community to represent.
Essentially you could say we are the brother or sister organization of Zeno now. AND WE ARE IN NEED OF TEAMS! :D (Either add me or email Matt@zeno.io | I will get back to you ASAP).

If you're wondering what Zeno does, they offer extremely well routed and backed gaming internet, In layman's terms, They are an ISP for gamers, by gamers; They strive at getting the lowest ping's possible in-game for people and also, being able to supply a bonded connection that, for the right amount, be even higher bandwidth than NBN for people in an non-NBN accessible area at the moment!

We need to find a new way instead of announcements to let everyone know, They are effecting our pro playerbase with the popup.

I will be doing some trivia type questions for Dota2 rares/mythicals/etc!

Even though we did a small one yesterday
The first question will be posted within the next 3-5minutes.
The first to answer in the comments WINS for that question!
The more players the bigger the prizes and obviously, higher quantity of prizes.
This is in celebration of 3months up and the places we've gone with the hurdles we've crossed.
