- Allows players to set hits on other players
- Placing a hit on a player makes the victim wanted for a false crime
- Placing a hit has the chance to make the player wanted for "Conspiracy to commit murder"
- Added hackable government server cabinet.
- Gain access using a hacking tool purchased from a Supplier.
- Allows the user to execute Mayor commands via the hacking tool.
- Added coinflip system, NPC is in the bank.
- Added a playtime reward system. Earn rewards for your session time every hour.

- Fixed discord role sync.
- Adjusted bitcoin rates and fuel usage.
- Fixed !rewards not giving reward for joining discord.
- Brought back free VIP. Users can get access to VIP and VIP+ jobs for 72 hours, for free. Use !store in-game. Don't do it if you're VIP or above.
