I myself strengthens, I weighed over 90 kg after half a year I got the weight of 72 kilograms after that I started to appreciate, and I picked up the muscle mass of both on 80 kg for someone that's not much but for me it is something I could do myself completely from the beginning, no coach, no machines, no special diet, so if you want it you can just give up.
