What is a sense?

Hating yourself turns into hating the world, because everything is one, self hatred is nothing, but a result of the worlds meaninglessness.

Also, living is hard. panic attacks, nervous breakdowns, I blame myself anyway. Pain in the body quiets pain in the head. It feels good, huh. Just like a kill switch for my brain.
