Rule changes for the next game (#11)
I have a few suggestions for changes to our rules.

First of all I would like to have a player in China, to give Japan some resistance.

Second, I think we should ban using the 1 division training "trick". Which is honestly more of an abuse of game mechanics.

The china change will hurt the axis a bit, while the training abuse will hurt the allies a bit more than the axis, so all in all I dont think it will change the balance much.

You ban the one division training trick and you arguably hand the game to the axis, there is no way the allies can get enough exp to be able to form decent templates without it while germany and italy and japan can all farm whatever they want in Spain/China/Ethiopia
