I have a few suggestions for changes to our rules.

First of all I would like to have a player in China, to give Japan some resistance.

Second, I think we should ban using the 1 division training "trick". Which is honestly more of an abuse of game mechanics.

The china change will hurt the axis a bit, while the training abuse will hurt the allies a bit more than the axis, so all in all I dont think it will change the balance much.
