dunther, im in US, and i didnt use a vpn/proxy. i used my credit card and it worked fine.

please note: i used noscript to turn off javascript (because new firefox is really annoying, cant find the setting.) and used it on private browsing mode.

uplay, after you redeem a game (or buy in this case) has no region locks at all.
