if its not approved in 1-5 minutes, it never will be. I can not manually approve. Try avoiding words like money cash and currency symbols outside of emotes Say USD, EUR, CAD or just the region and PP,

Also you can make a simple post with accurate title, and then test edit in first comment. if first comment create an "answered" comment to edit update with so that it shows on top, after first comment gets modded or whatever.
