cheaper to just eat the buyer/seller fee but it's still high. Paypal sucks now.
I find Interac quite convinent. All you need is an email address or phone number, and you can send the money to that person. The receiver will get a secure link, and they can use the link to log in their bank account to deposit the money. The receiver will need to answer the security question agreed-upon by both parties. If the receiver answers the question right within 4 tries, the money will be deposited (Which means do not set up the security question as “Who is my favorite line up for The Beatles”).
It did make chargebacks/disputes much harder for the buyer, but I think lower fees were the main reason F&F was used in this group.
We just did f/f because it was a 0-profit venture here to start.
