For example, in this current Star Wars 2 , spliltting the $1 tier and $10 tier are fine, but no splitting of the BTA tier as all games haven't been announced yet. Any "claims" in a thread should be treated as "reservations" until the 2nd week unlocks.

It seems that this has been under discussion for a whiile... Originally the rule was 1 "game" per person, this stopped whales from taking multiple copies of a single desirable game from various splits for their numerous farming accounts. This was leaving dozens of others, just wanting a single game for their own enjoyment, at the whims 2-3 whales in our community.

The rule changed from 1-game to 1-bundle as well with the recent IndieGala Take-Off MEGA bundle. Lots of high value and un-bundled games in it meant it was in quite high demand, and when several buyers were taking upwards of 3 bundles for themselves (one even taking 10 bundles), this left a lot of community members in the dust, unable to secure themselves a bundle.

Unsurprisingly, this has angered lots of multiple-bundle buyers, while at the same time helping give the "little guy" (more often the "late" guy) a chance at getting their bundle of choice.

AS SUCH, I'm instituting a new rule of thumb. Feel free to "request" multiples of a bundle if you wish, but understand that if a new buyer comes to the thread you reserved your bundle in, your secondary bundles will be given to the new posters asking for just 1.

Ultimately, it's up to the hosts to sell to whoever they want (eg; unsure about a sketchy customer? feel free to give the game to the next poster), but I humbly request the various hosts to help me out in this endeavor; thank you for all your work, you're the backbone of the group as it is right now. I'm just trying to make everyone a little happier.

TL;DR - "claim" multiple copies of a bundle in a HH thread if you want, just know that your 2ndary bundles will likely be going to new sign-ups if the bundle hits capacity.

In addition, I'd say U-play keys and steam keys should be valued equally if a tier is being split, seeing as the bundle is primarily u-play keys.
