Welcome to Clash of the Fortresses, the group hub for TF2 players associated with the PC and 360 TF community. Same game, different versions, yet both fun. Of course if you are only associated with one or the other you are just as welcome. Feel free to join!

Has it really been that long since a post was made? I think some change is in order (actually I think it's on back order by now). Not only is this the first post since once upon a time, I (finally) changed the Player of the Week! *recorded fanfare* Whoo!
A double whammy, indeed. Ahem... So anyways, congrats Uberskullface. Your ability to figure out how many mods you can install to Skyrim before it locks you out will be recognized!

TF2 Beta

Yeah I'm late, but I thought I'd get the news out now than never.
It looks like Valve is trying out a public beta to try out some of their experiments. Some of these changes sound pretty gameplay changing so I for one am quite exited to participate in this.
They also ramble about some new items being in the beta, so this looks like it might get interesting.
No end date has been given and I have a hunch they are going to try other experiments with this beta in the near future.

Text chat in TF2 can be done by pressing the 'y' key, I believe. You can check by going to your keyboard options in game.

Ha! Hibernating. More like comatose, the group has never been awake to begin with (yes I know you need to have been awake at least once to be comatose).

The group is "hibernating" at the moment due to a few of us being in our senior year of school. I hope to eventually plan to make something out of this in the future :P
