Why does the Steam page for Disco Elysium say "NOT GOTY" when the site the review links to literally lists Disco Elysium as the GOTY of 2019?

But i dont think having a bot that goes "Its not GOTY dont buy" is going to make things better by Telling people to buy Games that are only picked by on the end of every year, there's a lot of hidden gems and cult following games here you know
