Must've been standard report, but the pack that was taken down, I made all the shit myself over months of work, so I don't know what went wrong. (Besides the stuff I have perms to use)

If you had permission to use the things you made, then it makes no sense to remove it even if it was reported.

Delta, workshop is full of intellectual property. Most of them being part of licenses that Valve does not own, nor facepunch. I understand many people love Star Wars, but the freedom of infringing property is sky high with worksop. This is kind of a gray zone, but I would not be surprised if Disney wanted their content removed, as they are the full owner of the rights.
General rule of thumb when creating content for the workshop is to check if you are allowed to distribute the content, make your own stuff as in textures and models, if you cannot avoid intellectual property infringement, ask the owner (they will say no), and if everything fails, be happy that your mod was on the workshop at least for the time being, and you didn't go to jail :P
Albeit you are not selling the mods, still the product which has this content is being sold (gmod), and the mods may make the original author look bad (badly created star wars content for example).

All in all, I do feel your pain, and it would be great if we could legally distribute the works of many talented modders and artists. However we live in this cruel world :)

It really depends what you want to use rope for. If it would be just for a odel, then you can use jiggle bones with a set up what is not stiff at all. If you would like it to be able to be extended by lua code, you can just make the end of the rope attach to another bone, and move that one. In that case make sure you apply a one color diffuse texture to the cable so there is no texture stretching when you extend it.

You can add the collision for the door itself. If you need concave collision, you have to set up different collision mesh. You have to construct the collision mesh from convex subparts, then group them together and export them as smd. Then specify in the QC that it is supposed to be a concave hull.

You can either make a generator without a door, and add bodygroup 1 as closed door and bodygroup 2 as open door, or make the generator with door, and animate the opening with a custom bone.

I would personally google for source map decompiler tool, and decompile the map. That will give you the VMF. You can find the map in your garrysmod/maps folder.

Apologies, it is hard to troubleshoot it for me without the actual project. I am not a SWEP master :) There should be people in this forum who are able to assist, they just don't want to for some reason.

Try removing line SWEP.ViewModel="models/weapons/b_invisib.mdl". You can check maybe it has some issues with bone merging, hold down C and pan camera around maybe you spot parts of it parented to different locations.

Also use normal map for smaller detail rather than modeling it.

You could use less polies with smoothing and sharp edges.
