Due to the inactivity of this mod, I've decided to cancel the Events server. I'm proud to say that this group is three years old and we've held quite a lot of events. I want to say thank you to all of the players that participated.

In order to bring the community the best events possible, we've decided to hire a new officer. Please give a big round of applause for Soup Can. He will be helping us create, organize and ensure every event is ran smoothly.

Based on the feedback I've received about our last event, I've decided to define if team play is on or off when I schedule the event. The server variable ge_autoteam has been turning team play on. I plan on correcting this to ensure team play is consistent.

The event that was scheduled today at 5pm EST will be delayed for an hour. The server is completely full! This doesn't allow myself to host the event or interested players the opportunity to join.
