...the City of the Damned was thriving: Now the smuggling of wyrdstones had become a day to day business, more and more hired swords were attracted by the green gold promising both wealth and corruption...

With the current patch, we all get 2 more reserve slots! The new DLC-units get debugged and rebalanced, Possessed units gain mutation earlier (at rank 1, 4 and 7 instead of 1, 5 and 10) and all wyrdstone-related skills had their duration prolonged from 1 to 2 turns. These changes come along with several minor changes to skills and some bug fixes. Great news for the ones that are stuck in a game that won't load due to the smuggler trap bug. ...so the warbands settled in their trade of smuggling wyrdstone and got accustomed to the warped nature of the city. As many knew the city like the back of their scarred hands, warbands were not surprised by ambushes as often as they were before. The markets flourished and more and more hired swords were attracted by the wyrdstone rush. It looked as if the city was yielding and was to become an almost comfortable place to live...

The second post-release patch has been launched. The patch addresses many bugs, but also adds new animations. Furthermore, a few things were made slightly easier, e.g. less reputation required to gain faction ranks, no ambushes in normal and hard difficulty anymore, more and less injured hired swords, better market rotation and higher formula drop rate. Some unique missions got harder, however (e.g. the Manticore...). Finally they've polished quite a few UI things and rebalanced a few runes.

...wyrdstone smuggling flourished in Mordheim, the city of the damned. Many warbands had learnt how to survive in Mordheim and make a living under the dire conditions they faced every day. Less fortunate warbands had found their end in the city streets and others had left the city as they weren't as reckless or desperate as the others. After a few weeks, things started changing again. Fate kept weaving with thin threads the wyrdstone smuggler's future and they had yet to adapt to the ever changing nature of the warped city.

The first post-release patch has been launched and after an initial problem, it works now as intended. The devs exchanged the underlying RNG algorithm, the post-battle loot is now determined per unit not OOA, the first few shipments have been reduced and brutal and deadly difficulty got more brutal and deadly.
