Just wanted to make the recent update regarding respawns an announcement since it will affect the server a little bit.

As it was before, respawns went from being unlimited uses, down to 3 per team per map, and now they will be influencing a team's defib penalty.

Whenever a team has someone respawn a dead player, it will add to the team's defib penalty as if they were defibbed. So for example, if a team respawns 3 players, and defibs 2, the defib penalty will be 5x25.

This addition has been up for discussion on the forums for a while now and I figured I would take a crack at adding it in there. I've made the necessary tests and whatnot and it seems to be working perfectly...however, if you notice something weird, don't hesitate to post in the forums regarding it.

Also, look forward to a MRR (Midweek Retro Rampage) in the near future.

Since I figured having it mid-week would be the best as there are no people enjoying the weekend out and about, I'm going to schedule it for Wednesday, November 2nd. The time it will start will be at 10:00PM CST (Central Standard Time) and will last about 3-4 hours long.

How it will work is that the level is based off your stats in the RPG level system on the server. If you are below the minimum level requirement, you will be immediately kicked from the server, however if you are above the level requirement, you will be allowed to stay and play.

I left the poll up for about 2 weeks and had the announcement on the steam group, so if you didn't get the chance to vote on it, too late. The overall concensus was 18 to 8 in favor for the event. A Steam Group event will be made as well to remind people when this will be taken place.

**The minimum level needed to join the server will be Level 20. If you are at level 20 or over, you will be able to join and play.**
