Halo frequency decreasing, and a fake server plugin

Apparently it's been reported that Halos have been decreasing in frequency of apperance. Good to see that logical people take off and maybe even delete that headshot attraction.

Also, there was a supposed server plug-in for 60+ servers. It basically taps into www.tf2items.com to see if you have the Halo in your inventory and threatens to ban you if you don't delete the Halo in 5 minutes. It has been supposedly confirmed that such a plug-in does not exist. Hooray and damn.

Extra Crits and Damage

Apparently it has been noticed that those wearing the Halo are given the perk of MORE damage and MORE crits, and those without the Halos are given the downgrade of LESS damage and LESS crits.

i was told this once; hey, dont try to add TOO many admins in ur group. ive been going by those guidelines, so u might want to go by them too. sometimes, u gotta be careful of who u pick.
