Gasoline Based Boxing Championships

Hello there, and welcome to the official Gasoline Based Boxing Championships steamgroup. This is the official group for ANY Team Fortress 2 boxing events hosted by Gasoline Based. All boxing events are free to enter, and feature great prices. Hope to see you sweating it out in the ring!

Outside the tournament
● All official matches are hosted on the Gasoline Based Scrim Server.
● All players must be signed up before entering an official boxing match.
● All participants MUST make a deposit of 1 REFINED METAL in order to enter the competition. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification for given competition. All participants who successfully follow the rules & guidelines to the end of the competition will recieve their refined metal back.
● All brakcets of official matches can be viewed at challonge. Specific links to each tournament may be found in the individual competition discussion thread.
● All official matches will be held on heavyboxing_b7.bsp. Please make sure to have this map downloaded BEFORE the match begins. The map can be downloaded here[dl.dropboxusercontent.com].
● You will be given 10 minutes to show up for your match starting from when the previous match ended. Failure to show up within said timeframe will result in disqualification.

In the tournament area
● ONLY the upcoming and current fighters are allowed inside the boxing ring.
● It is forbidden to spin up ANY primary weapon at ANY time except during the prize ceremony. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
● It is strictly forbidden to use ANY consumeable items inside the ring.
● It is strictly forbidden to throw ANY consumeable items inside the ring.
● Competitiors MUST use The Killing Gloves Of Boxing when fighting in the ring. These can be bought from Scrap TF[scrap.tf] for 0.065 refined metal, or rented for free in the Mann Co Store.
● Spam of text and/or voice chat will not be tolerated.

If you wish to donate to the prize pool of a tournament please contact Gasoline Based. Donations of any kind are highly appreciated, and you will be mentioned in the coverage on Gasoline Based's YouTube Channel. Donating will NOT grant any benefits at all, and 100% of donations will go to the official prize pool.

Q: Do I have to be a YouTube subscriber of anyone to participate?
A: No.

Q: Can you sell/give me a pair of Killing Gloves Of Boxing?
A: No.

Q: Can I use the server to practise boxing?
A: Yes, if I do not use it for anything else.
