Hello fellow community members of Gaminglab, here are the new additions to the forum that I have implemented, hope you all enjoy and support these additions!

Default user profile pictures
So after a lot of thinking, I have come to the conclusion that keeping a default blank profile picture is boring and a lot of forum members do not bother adding profile pictures, so when you remove your avatar or make a new profile, by default you will be assigned a completely random geometric pattern. We hope you enjoy the look of this.

Anime Section
I have added a 'Anime' forum so anime fans can have a specific place to go to discuss anime. If this is inactive and there is no activity inside it will be purged (removed).

Quote button
We are experiencing technical difficulty with our javascripts, so until this gets fixed, we have added an additional button named 'Quote in a reply' so you can temporarily use this to still quote posts easily, we want posting to remain very accessible and we are extremely sorry for ANY inconvenience unintentionally caused.


Shoutbox updates
The shoutbox has been finalized and it looks like it is here to stay, post activity is remaining the same level if not increasing and the shoutbox is only used as an additional feature, this is what we intended. If the shoutbox does turn the forum into something we don't want it will be removed immediately. Also, if the shoutbox begins to be abused we will also ban you from using it OR remove the shoutbox if it is frequently abused holding the community down.


Request a rank forum
Surprisingly, this has still not been posted in, if users wish to earn ranks then they are expected to make a thread what rank they wish to have in this forum. It will be reviewed, also, I have removed the ability for anyone to reply to threads so noone shall be bashed for requesting a rank, I cannot look at EVERYONE so if you are actively posting in a forum and want a specific rank make a thread what rank and why in that forum and I will review your submission.
