As previous tournaments proved to be a nightmare with teams not showing up. We will only have a maximum of 8 teams for this tournament.

Unlike previous tournaments, we will have a league format. Two leagues will be created with teams allocated randomly in no particular order. Top two teams of each league will progress to the knockout stages (single elimination)
