New Boss Stratum

There was update to Spiral Knights and we have a new boss stratum to explore, this is a Tier 2 boss stratum and from the description will probably be construct and electrical themed, there are new token rewards too and lots more. To celebrate this we'll do some scheduled runs of this new place but only if people want to otherwise why bother.
