What if there was a way you could help find a cure...While you sleep?

A few days ago I stumbled upon the website http://folding.stanford.edu/

This allows people to let their own indivdual computers do complex equations for the Stanford University. I am creating this Steam group to see just how many points we can accumulate together as a small community.

To have your points count towards our teams total, use the following team number: 229788 (You can put your Steam username / any username you wish in the "Folding as" text box.

I don't expect this group to take off to lots of members, but I'd like to get a consistant team going, if people are able to help with this, that would be great. :)

Hey everyone, I am shocked with how many people I've actually gotten to chip in on this! Thank you so much for joining and donating a portion of your computer's cpu to help Stanford with these crazy calculations. And even better, we got a Steam group doing it as a community! Keep inviting your friends and spreading the word of this amazing feature. :D
