How it works: I have 9 users, you will join one of the lobbies, I will queue the same map on both lobbies and make sure its the same game. The other team(my users) will be standing afk so you can run round after round into their spawn and kill everyone for 16 rounds. That way you gain elo really fast because you will get so many kills, 16 mvps and no deaths.
