LAN Party this weekend

Hey everyone,

The LAN party is this Sunday, March 8th. That’s just a few days away, so here’s what you need to know:

1. Bring whatever beverages and snacks make you fat and happy. I’ll be providing some light snacks and pizzas, so no one should go hungry. There’s a refrigerator for drinks and if you’re so inclined, BYOB.
   
2. There will be more than enough flat table space and seating for everyone. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring your own table or seating.
   
3. There will be an area where you can eat away from your equipment, but you can eat where ever. Just clean up any spills.
   
4. Internet access will be pretty good, so don’t worry too much about what you do or don’t have downloaded. That being said, please try and pre-install games to prevent downtime.
   
5. There is very limited parking right outside the building so park in the front of the building to drop off your equipment and then park in the lot nearby. There should enough spaces for everyone, but if it’s full I’ll show you where to find additional visitor spaces.

The LAN party officially starts on Sunday, but we’ll have access all weekend. I’ll be setting up on Saturday so as far as I’m concerned you can come over on Saturday if you want to set up early. I can’t comfortably accommodate any overnight guests so keep that in mind.

The clubhouse opens up at 9AM Sunday.
