Well douchebags, it's been fun, but I'm going to have to take my leave from this team (I'm pretty much speaking to shield and dire since we're pretty much what's left of the old team). It's been a fun and TF2 filled summer for me, But Junior Year (11th Year for Canadians) in high school will butt ♥♥♥♥ me, leaving little time for fun. You guys don't need me anyway, as the teams looking good with the new guys. If you ever need a ringer I'll try to make what I can. Hope you guys go far as a team.

Ok so we've been in a slump lately with our scrims and matches. I've noticed that the only ones pugging at least once a day are Shield, Discreet, and I. Seriously, even Lil' Bro, 13 year old back up, is making more of an effort than you guys to get better. Yes, TF2 is a team game but it also takes an ammount of skill and experience.

Some people are not getting this experience by playing 24/7 lumberyard servers (Crotch) or public servers or only playing when we have a match (Dec). PUGs are a great way to practice your skills and aim against people of the same skill level or greater. You won't be improving by practicing your aim on Pub scrubs who make predictable moves and expect to see the same things in a match or scrim.

Long story short; Start playing PUGs at least once a day. It'll increase individual skill which in turn will increase the overall skill of our team
