What is EEP1C 1v1 Wager System?

As its name tells, it's a 1v1 arena, where players place bets, and the winner takes all. Now only Best of One rifle(ak+m4) matches are available due to the small amount of players.
Betting can be done via PayPal or by trading CS:GO skins.

How does it work?
1. You post a ticket in the forum with a few informations:
-1v1 or 2v2 (if 2v2, post partner's account)
-game rank (if 2v2, partner's rank too)
-amount of bet approximately (low, medium, high)
2. Write to an admin, or wait for him to contact you. In order to everything go smoothly, you will need to be friends with the admin.
3. In a group chat with the opponent (if 2v2, only one person from each side) and an admin the vetoing will go down.
4. After the veto, wait for the admin to set up the server and give you the IP address.

1v1 rules:
1. Only people from the same skill group can battle. (S1-SEM, GN1-GNM, MG1-MGE, DMG-LE, LEM-GE)
1.1 If the opponent on the lower rank wants, they can play with a player in a higher skill group, but only on own risk, we won't refund the bet.
2. If both players are ready, the vetoing starts.

Rules:
1. Bad words, racism and languages that are not english are NOT allowed.
2. No impersonating of any person is allowed and who does that will get banned.
3. Respect your opponent.
4. An admin starts the game if both players gave him their bet skins and they are on the server.
5. To keep up the server, we need to charge a small fee after every win, it will be 5-10% of the winning, dependind on the amount.
6. Smurfs, hackers will be banned.
7. You have to gie your real skillgroup and if you are a smurf you must tell you main accounts skillgroup.(If not you wont get your winning nor your skins back, and i will handle it to the other player)
