Go get Team Fortress 2

In the next few days, I'm going to try to get a dedicated TF2 server going somewhere, and schedule an event. Since Team Fortress 2 is now free, you have pretty much no excuse not to give-in to the awesome. Unless of course you hate TF2. :-p

Need suggestions for scheduling an event

Now that ECU Nerds has a pretty good ammount of members, I think its time that we schedule an event. If we were to schedule an event, what day and time would be best for everyone? I think early Friday evening probably makes the most sense. Maybe around 7:00 or 8:00. I'd like to make it early enough so we could play a few games and then we'd have the rest of the night to do other things.

In terms of what we'd play, most people in the group own Counterstrike: Source, Team Fortress 2, or Half-Life 2 Deathmatch, so I think those 3 games are a good place to start. Games like Alien Swarm and Left 4 Dead 1/2 only allow 4 players at once on any given server, so that wouldn't be to interesting. (in my opinion, anyway)

Let me know what you guys think about all of this in the comments section below. Also if anyone doesn't have HL2 Deathmatch, you can get it for free by going here.
