Hopefully everyone of you had a nice fresh start in 2018!

Pardon my inactivity during the last couple of months but finally we found a solution to keep our lovely kz server alive. All the GSA servers including TS3 will go down on the 15th Jan 2018 and the kz servers are already renamed with the new IP.

From now on Frank, xXGorgonzolaXx and Vortex will be in charge of the KZ EU database. They already provide a new gameserver and discord:

The current webpage is now accessable via http://hns.gsa.gl instead of the previous subdomain "hnsstats". I extended it quite a bit although it was coded rather quick and dirty. Expect changes and optimizations every now and then.

- Added section "Home". An overview of the leaderboards including server info.
- "Leaderboard" now has a proper pagination (20 entries per page).
- "Jumpstats" now shows the complete rankings instead of just top20.
- Added section "Maps". Lists the entries of our steam workshop collection.
- Added section "Rules". New rules page that can be accessed ingame (!rules).
- Added section "Bans". A more simple list of our sourcebans (KZ & HnS listed).
- Added section "VIP". New donation page that can be accessed ingame (!vip).
- Added player profiles.
- Added a searchbox to quickly look up player profiles

Today I finished a rather small and simple webapp for our HnS database. It lists the complete leaderboard of the server ordered by score. In addition to that I found it interesting to list the achieved kills, deaths and suicides of each player as well. For those of you who do not know how the "rankme" systems works here is a short summary of how points are distributed:

Starting points: 1000
Round win: +3pts
Kill: +2pts
MVP: +1pt
Suicide: -3pts

In the second section of the webapp you can browse through the Top20 of each jumpstat category. Keep in mind that the jumpstats plugin itself is not flawless so every now and then the sync and strafes of a jump are not shown correctly. Every other stat should be accurate. However it is no secret that the jumptops are always full of cheated values and it is very hard to keep track of it since the plugin offers no real anti-cheat mechanism. Expect these jumps being deleted from time to time.
