Find players vouched to not be total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Hey I figured as the network of people I play DOTA with has grown, it would be convenient to have a place to find people to play with. I want to keep this group private and hopefully make it so that everyone in it is vouched by other members to be fun to play with.

This means limited flaming, being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, etc.
