Vampire Mod Feedback
To both of you - what ability do you think it should scale with? I went with dual swords because no other class had it already and it looked bad-ass, but it pretty much means things have to scale with Strength. Also harder to balance with dual wield. Vampires to me feel more closely aligned with Finesse, but I hesitated to do another dual dagger build because its already been done. Originally I had some skills associated with Necromancy (and therefore scaling with Intelligence) and others with Warrior (with Strength) for flexibility, but I can see how that would be confusing.

@RickGrimes74:

Yeah I have some things to clean up with sounds, but thank you for the specifics!

I fixed Soul Armor doing damage for the next build (not published yet) per your feedback.

I wasn't seeing the same thing with Regurgitate but I'll test it more thoroughly.

I like the blood surface / bleeding AOE boost idea - I'll think about that.

Slash is set to damage two enemies if they're close enough together. I love Whirlwind too and felt like I missed it here, but I didn't want it to feel like a straight clone. Any idea for what it could do differently? Maybe change slash to 360 but lower damage and keep the bleeding?

Thanks!

@MariMorganez:

The main benefit of Hunt which may not be obvious is that it can eradicate Blind or Deaf statuses in addition to revealing invisible enemies. I'll put some thought into that one.

Agree that Undeath is meh and maybe Feign Death should be kept for Undead. I tried to make the class playable by both live & undead characters.

I've struggled with the physical vs magic vs piercing damage. I think I need to get a better sense of the balance from other tracks, but they probably stick to one, I'd think. I liked a mix for more variety/flexibility, but - IDK.

I like Levitate (and several people have asked for it) but I think I might lower it to just a single turn, so you can use it strategically but its not too OP. Also raise to 2AP maybe?

I included Throw Daggers because it annoys me to have melee only builds. I can definitely decrease the damage considerably though.

Exsanguinate will require a source point, for sure.

I'll dig into Four Course Meal and lower healing or damage or both.

Thanks!
