We the Dolphins of Dolphin Nation, in order to form a more perfect unity of dolphins,
Establish dolphin dominance, insure dolphin tranquility, provide for the common defense of us and fellow dolphins, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our dolphins, do ordain and establish this constitution for the all-powerful Dolphin Nation.

Article of rights;
The dolphin nation shall allow all dolphins and only dolphins to have the freedoms to bear fin-mounted miniguns, eye-mounted lasers, dorsal fin rocket launchers, and they also are granted access to all future weapon and flight systems. All dolphins and only dolphins have the right to speak out against the Dolphin Leadership, and the Dolphin Company. If the future Dolphin Leadership members attempt to alter or take away the rights of any dolphin, the founding dolphins call on all dolphin citizens to fly to the dolphin leadership headquarters and blow it up, then establish a new dolphin leadership upon the guidelines of this constitution. All dolphins must receive a jury and defense on all trials. The rights recorded in this document are protected by the Dolphin Leadership.

Article of laws;
For no reason, should a non-dolphin receive the rights of a dolphin. For no reason, no dolphin is to undergo genetic alteration to become something other than a dolphin. For no reason should a dolphin murder another dolphin for any reason other than self-defense. For no reason, should any dolphin steal from another dolphin. For no reason, should a dolphin industry or company attempt monopoly. For no reason, should a dolphin vandalize a property of the Dolphin Leadership, or private property of a Dolphin Citizen. A dolphin must be over nonjew years of age to join arms in the Dolphin Company. These laws are vilified and secured by the Dolphin Leadership,
