Hello again DGN,

In addition to the "what's your ID?" questions I've just written about, the other thing I'm sure we all get asked a lot is "what games you got"? After all, we can only play a game together if we both have it (yes, there's PS4 SharePlay and I love that, but it has it's very limiting limitations too)! To that end, I also wanted to answer the question of what games I personally own with just one more web-link: My profile on Pinterest! - https://uk.pinterest.com/andrewportess/boards/

Given that Pinterest is a site and app all about pinning your interests, it made sense for me to use it as a way to let the world know of what games I own for what platforms since, you know... games are one of my interests!

Yes it took AGES to get the profile looking like it does, literally HOURS of looking through Trophy/Achievement lists game-purchase confirmation e-mails and of course a gander at the collection on my shelf BUT I'm pretty sure that MOST of the games that I do actually own are represented there as Pins organised by platform into Boards.
While it's more than likely I forgot to pin some games that 'must-be-around-here-somewhere", what I can tell you for certain is that when the urge to buy a new game gets the better of me, I immediately pin it for all to see like the mark of self-indulging shame... I mean GAMING PIN OF HONOUR that it is! :P

Therefore, every game (and bit of music-making gear) that I ever buy in the future for the rest of my life WILL BE PINNED ASAP, so anyone who wants to know what I have need only go to the link below!

It should come as no surprise that I was super-board the day I signed up to Pinterest, but I actually found the act of pinning all the games I own to be a rather therapeutic experience... yet also scary to finally see just how large my collection is when I'm still only 27 years young Still, I'm proud of it really)!

I've heard from Neill (AKA swatbat) that some of you would appreciate something of a 'Member List' which contains the names of those in this DGN Group and then any of their gaming-related usernames (such as Steam & PSN ID's & XBL Gamertags) so that there is one central location for you to get the info you need to add each other and game together on the platform of your choice.

However, I also fully recognise, and want to continue to respect the view, of those who wish to use DGN solely as a place to discuss their passion for gaming with like-minded gamers, but don't necessarily want to take part in multiplayer or voice-chat with anyone (let alone other DGN Members). It's perfectly okay to be a 100% single player gamer here (after all we all were in the days before the internet) and I would like to say that no matter little you choose to interact, you are still highly valued members of this group.

At the same time, the desire for us to play together is one I absolutely share, which is why I want to let you all know about something that was advertised to me while watching Evo 2016: Player.me - this LITERALLY IS the solution that some of you have been asking for. It's a website, iOS & Android app where you can create a free Profile and then link all your gaming-related profiles and accounts IN ONE CENTRAL location on the web. Sharing the info required to add one another just became as simple as sharing the link to your Player.me Profile which you'll always have full control of and be able to easily keep up-to-date (it will certainly be a lot easier than trying to find any and all posts you shared an ID on, and then correct it if anything changes)!

So as you can see, I've linked my Player.me Profile in this post and from there any of you are allowed to use the information you find there to add me to your friends lists on any platforms you game on, as well as social-networks that you use. I'd like to say again though that the decision for any of you to do the same is entirely your own. The "you should get one too" that you see below was something typed by the Player.me Web designers, NOT ME. None of you are ever required to do anything that you don't want to, but I hope that this solution I've found can potentially be useful to some of you and make it easier for us all to get together and game!
