I have over played hours on end day after day week after week.
Times up. Games been played. I have reached the end.

I hope you people will see the sence and cut down on your gaming. I have health issues to do with it. people may thing so ? or wow what an idiot ? to be honest i couldnt careless im getting my life back i will just hope you will take notice and realise what its really doing to YOU

I have researched things ect. There is a condition where you cant get off its just too hard. But just do it. Trust me it feels so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good.
After 3 years now i have had enough. Time to limit my self. to around an hour a night / day thats nothing really i was playing 14 hours a day.

If you stay on and keep gaming for hours on end. Take breaks trust me. My back is now not growing right. My knees are weak and ankles are bad. You need to get up and jump around.

I want YOU to say to your self. Do i over play this game?

Do i get pains from RSI ?
Do i sit correctly while playing ?
Do i need better equipment to be comfortable?

All of this adds up and over time little things can be turned into bit problems. After every hour of playing open your back door and just run around the garden. This will help trust me. If you have a CRT monitor make sure the refresh rate is good and not flashy. Make sure your the right hight from you to your monitor to prevent eye strain.
