( + ) When swung: Fires a ball of fire (Grenade reskinned to look like a ball of fire) that is highly bouncy. The ball of fire explodes after 2 seconds, and sets the target on fire. Deals 50% less initial damage than normal grenade. Recharges after 3 seconds.

( + ) On Hit: Engulf the target in flames
( - ) -80% damage penalty
( - ) No random critical hits

I had another idea this time. I'll put down some basic stats, and anyone who thinks it is a good idea, if it even is one, can add to it.

Melee for Soldier
Base: Market Gardener

( + ) While in the air, you have a higher critical hit chance with this weapon.
( + ) Wearer takes no fall damage
( + ) +50% critical hit damage bonus
( - ) -50% non-critical damage penalty

Basically, I thought of this as an alternative for the Market Gardener, where rather than just outright giving 100% crits whilst airborne, you get a higher crit chance and you take no damage. Probably a bad idea but I wanted to use the Wearer takes no fall damage part in something

Secondary for Soldier
Base: Buff Banner

( + ) On Use: Stops time for everyone but you for 9 seconds. Can be manually cancelled by alt-firing with the weapon. (Everybody is frozen and unable to move, shoot, die, etc. If the user attacks someone and kills them however, they CAN die. Respawning enemies do not respawn until the time is up.)
( + ) While time is stopped: Projectiles also stop moving, thus you can stack up multiple projectiles in the same place, which, once time starts to move again, all start to move.
( + ) While time is stopped: Player gains the ability to fly
( + ) +100% faster melee swing speed
( - ) 20 second recharge time
( - ) Can be interrupted by being shot at whilst in use
( - ) Cannot be used within spawn
( - ) 1 enemy player will become pissed off, thus gaining 100% crits and ubercharge. However, they cannot deal any damage to anybody but you. This player can also move during the time being stopped.

Sounds: Horn Blown = Dio shouting "ZA WARUDO!" then the time stop noise
During time stop = Every second, Dio will say how long there is remaining e.g: 9 seconds. 8 seconds. 7 seconds etc
End of time stop = Dio saying "Time begins to move again"
Melee attack: Dio shouting "MUDA MUDA MUDA!"

Secondary for Scout and Engineer
Base: C.A.P.P.E.R

( + ) On Hit: Cause the enemy to grow by 2.0x their normal size. Can cause them to get stuck, in which case they do not die.
( + ) Whilst active: Play's Parappa the Rapper's BIG song on repeat
( + ) Requires no ammo
( - ) -100% damage penalty
( - ) Primary and Melee disabled

All this talk about shield's gave me another idea. This has probably been done before, but I'd like to see it happen.

Wrench for Engineer
Base: The Eureaka Effect

( +/- ) Replaces the Dispenser with a shield generator (Doesn't need a custom model since ik they don't work). This creates a shield that blocks all projectiles and bullets, but has 1 HP and deals no damage to enemies.
Upgrades:
Level 1 - Generates a small shield that, after taking 250 damage, shuts down and redeploys 3 seconds later.
Level 2 - Generates a small shield that, after taking 500 damge, shuts down and redeploys 2 seconds later.
Level 3 - Generates a large shield that, after taking 750 damage, shuts down and redeploys 1 second later.

Between upgrades and building, the shield will not be active, thus becoming vunerable. This also generates no health or ammo.

( + ) -50% Dispenser cost
( - ) -15% slower firing speed
( - ) +25% building upgrade cost

So yeah. I didn't really know what to do with the wrench itself, as I didn't want to TOTALLY rip off the Gunslinger, so if you have stats for the wrench itself, fire away. If you think the shield generator is a bad idea, tell me too. P.S: No, engies cant turtle with this. They have no metal dispenser, so they have to leave cover to get some, and the shield shuts down when it absorbs a certain amount, and enemies can walk through it.
