THE CSEH INVITATIONAL - 8 TEAM CS:GO TOURNAMENT

Hello people of this group! Today I'm delighted to announce that this group will be holding it's very own CS tournament; The CSEH Invitational. This tournament will be an 8 team tournament with active duty maps being played.

So how is it going to work? The 8 teams will be split into 2 random groups. Here they will play matches. The winners of these matches go on to face each other, same with the losers. They then have 2 decider matches, with the losers of those two matches being eliminated. This will leave 4 teams remaining. These 4 teams will then be randomly put up against each other in the semi final matches. The winners of these will go into the final, and the winner there will be the first ever CSEH Invitational Champion.

All games will be BO1 apart from the final which will be BO3.

So how is it all scheduled? The tournament will take place over a weekend (not decided which one yet). On Friday, the two group games will be played. On Saturday, the semi-finals will be played. Finally, on Sunday, the final will be played.

I'm working very hard to get the final casted to Twitch from a caster. More information will be on that as it comes.

There is no entry fee to join the tournament. However, you need everyone in your team to join this group. Once this is done, you can tell me so I can confirm it and then you are in! Currently there is also no prize but I'm working with various people to get a prize for the winners. There is a MAXIMUM RANK, and that maxmium rank is GNM.

Welcome to the Counter Strike eSports Hub! My name is Maestro and I've opened this group for small teams to easily find matches for their team and to take place in tournaments held too. It's also a place to promote your tournament or your team.

So why did I open this group? People are probably thinking sites like Gamurs are much better with a bigger community. In my opinion, Gamurs' interface is a little bad, and they often mess up Steam names of members leading me to not being able to add people. Here you can see Steam names and define teams easily, making life a lot more simple.

I'd also like to turn your attention to the Teams in our Group discussion that I created in the forum. It's the hotspot for teams to post to show their team and an easy place to define leaders for teams who want to challenge them. The forum is the place to promote your team or your tournament.

So, now that we're all up and running, invite your friends, invite other teams and we can get this community thriving.
