The first competitive game for Crack Clan (we were [CCT], Crack Clan Ten back then) was just re-released today, try it out for free - it runs on everything!

Nearly 24 years ago a Q2 mod called Action Quake brought realistic weapons, locations and damage to gamers screens everywhere and ended up spawning the most globally-recognized game ever: Counter-Strike. Consistently played since the 1998 release it has brought fast-paced FPS action and a universe of custom maps, models and skins for casual and competitive gaming.

A group of developers recently got together and worked hard to refresh and package a version that is both open-source and now available on Steam for free.

You can download it today and join the existing and growing community of players that are battling it out in an arcadey, old-school, 80s action film inspired game that runs on almost every single platform.

Celebrate today's launch and give it a try! There's daily PUGs and other events with a great group of people that adhere to traditional multiplayer attitudes (helping new players and making fair play) with tournaments and more coming soon.

Hi!! Looking for a chilled group to play RS2:V with? Crack Clan has some of our RO/RO2 veterans playing and a 64-man server to have fun with!

I know it's been a [long!] while since we've done anything with this group, so I think I should probably share the post that I've been spreading around so you can get caught up as to what we're about these days!

About us

  • We're in our 19th year together
  • We play all games, but right now it's RS2:V, Overwatch and PUBG
  • We are spread out between NA & EU
  • We have a deep, rich history from amateur to professional e-sports
  • Among other things we are RO/RO2/DOD/DOI fans, definitely like FPS
What we offer
  • Schedule-based gaming (we need to work, do groceries, tuck the kids in and then know that we can have a solid 60-90 minutes of teamwork a couple times a week)
  • A your-score-doesn't-matter environment, no guilt, no rage - show up to say hello, put on a pair of try pants and work with a great squad!
  • Solid infrastructure, a wonderful group of welcoming gaming veterans with fantastic attitudes, not 'cliquey'
  • A shiny new Vortex Servers 64-slot playground
What we seek
  • More like-minded people that want to enjoy the environment we've got (working professionals that don't play all day long)
  • Players with microphones and an effective but chilled attitude (look: we're not going to be beating a bunch of 18 year olds that play all day long but we can hold our own!)
  • At least 25 years or older, sorry!
No trials, no drama, no bigotry, no exclusive requirements.
