Welcome to Cleveland Game Developers!

CGD is an informal group of artists, coders, and musicians of different talents, skill levels and free time who all come together twice a month to work on projects, learn about game design and have fun talking about video games. Below is a link to our Meetup page where you can find out when and where our upcoming events are.

Membership to our Steam group is restricted to invite only. If you are a Cleveland Game Devs friend you'd like to join, contact group owner csanyk or one of the officers.

We do have 2 Meetups every month to keep in mind:

1st Saturday of every month is our "Excuse To Create" event
3rd Tuesday of every month is our "Monthly Meetup"

Our members regularly participate in events like Global Game Jam, Ludum Dare, 1GameAMonth, etc.

Of course we enjoy playing games, too, and this page exists to provide us with a venue for recommending titles we like.

Membership to this community is open to members of the Cleveland Game Developers. If you are local to the Northeast Ohio area and are interested in finding out more about our organization, see the links below. Membership is free and open to anyone.

Membership to this community is by invite only. To request to join the group, CGD members should fill out the membership form[docs.google.com]. In 1-2 days, you'll receive a friend invite from one of the community officers. Once you've accepted the friend request, we can send you an invite to join the community.
