Do NOT play GMod right now, there's a legit virus going around.
Tell everyone you know about this, cause this is some serious ♥♥♥♥.

Basically, Infected player joins server -> dll grabs server rcon through source engine exploit -> dll sends lua to server to send infected dll to other players -> infected players join other servers -> rinse and repeat.

You should be fine as long as you stay away from multiplayer servers, but for the time being, you're better off staying the hell away from GMod.
