Guys, I need your help.

Okay so there's this guy who wanted to buy an Unusual my friend gave me to sell. It was an Unusual Wrapped Reviver Medigun w/ Energy Orb (Battle-Scarred). For selling this wep for about 1 month, I've reduced the price by a lot. Then this guy wants to buy this Unusual I have. We talked and "he seemed to be okay". I was selling my Unusual for 30 keys, then when he spoke to me, i told I'd go 25, then he told about his keys not being tradeable, and then I went to 20 keys. Then he made this "deal", where he pays me 15 keys for now and the 5 later (the five keys were untradeable he says). Sadly, I fell for that deal and accepted the offer. He payed me the 15 keys, and the day he was going to pay me the rest (January 2nd, 2016), he failed to do so. I messaged about it and he never responded to me. So I went to check his inventory, and keys and Medigun is gone. Completely Gone. After I knew that, I got scammed. This all happened on December 27, 2015.

I need all of your help guys. I need you to report him. I have photo of the trade history, the chat (he told me that "he's not a scammer by any chance") and a picture of his profile.

So, last friday, I had a little accident with my hand that ended up to be serious. Because of this, I can't play a lot of games. I'd say, the only games I can play are Garry's Mod, Lethal League, and TF2 (In TF2, I can't play competitive). For TF2, I tend to stay on The Lazy Purple Servers (which are mainly friendly servers). Anyways, just a heads up. Thanks and take care.
