Welcome to Cakes Gaming Community Weapons Bank, where you can get the TF2 weapons you need for free!

This group is a branch of Cakes Gaming Community.

This group is created to serve our members with free TF2 weapons to use. No reskins and no stranges will be given away here. We are simply giving away weapons to use, not weapons for looks.


This group is designed with the goal of being a member-ran group, meaning there will be little admin interference, if any. Admins will try their best to fulfill all weapon requests, but we hope the members in this group can also share their kindness by giving weapons to other members in need.

To search for available free weapons, please go to the group forums, and look at the available stocks in the Weapons Banks. Here is an example Weapons Bank. If you find the weapon you need in one of the Weapons Banks, please leave a comment below that Weapons Bank. Once you have received your weapon. please thank them here .

If you do not see the weapon you need in the available Weapons Bank, you can request it. To request a free weapon, please post the weapon you desire in the comments section, and wait for an admin, mod, or another member to give you the weapon via a trade offer or a friend request. Once you have received your weapon. please delete your request and thank them here . Please note, as courtesy, it is your job to initiate contact after accepting a friend request.

Because this group is designed to be self-run by the members, each member is able to make their own Weapons Bank on the group forums. A Weapons Bank will list out the weapons that you can give out to other members that requests for them. If you have given a weapon to fulfill a member request, you will be automatically promoted to moderator once an admin sees the thank-you comment.
Thus, moderators will simply be a status rank in this group, with the purpose of showing that you have given weapon(s) away.

If you do not want to make a Weapons Bank or read the comments for requests, but still want to contribute to the group, we do accept weapon donations. All weapon donations are appreciated. If you want to donate weapons for this community, please contact an admin.

TF2 allows you to use (try out) a weapon for one week without actually purchasing it. To do that, go to the TF2 Store in game, search the weapon you want, and click 'TRY IT OUT', which allows you to use the weapon in game for 7 days. After the trial run, you can buy the weapon at a discount, but if you really like the weapon, simply try it out again or request it here!
