Call of Duty is just plain stupid. Period

people like games like CoD because they are easy to get into, not too many controls, and you wont miss anything if you quit. im all for games like that but why COD sucks is that there is no tactics, guns look and sound like ♥♥♥♥, the physics are horrible, and for the majority of the games like COD, they are innacurate weapon, player, and vehicle wise, and probally one of the worst part, the people who play them. Have you every actually watch someone play call of duty, especially between the ages of like 10 and 14? it is probally one of the most annoying things you will ever see and hear, and when they rage quit, you just facepalm at their lack of maturity durring a game; i dont know about you guys, but that is one of my pet peeves. But I have a solution, Play either red orchestra ostfront 41-45 or Red Orchestra 2. Red orchestra's 1 and 2 are, in my opinion, good games for CoD players to start out in inorder to get used to the more realistic games instead of CoD style games. Red Orchestra may be, in my opinion, the most realistic FPS out there (I think that ARMA 2 is a simmulation, not an fps), RO2 has many cool features like: improved stamina system, realistic injury system, realistic physics, guns that actually look and sound awesome, guys that have nice animantions, realistic tanks, suppression system, and probally one of my favorite parts, a morale system and for the first time in any fps, a first person cover system. Both RO's are easy games in my opinion to get into and quit out of incase you have to do something else. the concepts of the gamemodes are easy to understand so there is no confusing directions to give new players. Another cool feature i like about the RO's is the concept of TEAM WORK! i dont think i can stress that enough, in RO, you actually depend on your teammates and you cannot do any of the missions on your own. Another good thing that will happen is the concept of DONT rush ahead and PATIENCE. another thing i cannot stress enough, this game is not a game where you can just run around and expect to get a kill; this game actually forces the player to learn and use tactics on the fly, which would be nice in games like arma 2. this game can be fast paced; the maps are not too big and capturing an objective does not take all day. the only downfall to this game is its complex controlls. now at first to a new player, the controlls maybe hard to comprehend, but once you get used to them, they are actually pretty simple. All in All, I think RO and RO2 are good games for both the experienced realistic gammer to enjoy, and for the COD player to get used to realistic games.
